A slight variation from the last recipe - times are a changin'. The new recipe is a make-anywhere pesto substituting nutritional east for parmesan. Now this truly can be dry stored or frozen. Ratio is 1 T Pesto to 2.5 T Olive Oil. Can also be used dry and mixed into sauces and dips. Add to taste; toasted pine nuts or other nuts, salt or pepper.
Ingredients: Basil, parsley, garlic, nutritional yeast, salt, lemon peel.
