Cruz Bay Grill Rub Citrus Marinade • Juice & zest of one lime or one half lemon• 1/3 cup soy sauce• 2 tablespoons olive oil• 1 tablespoon Cruz Bay Grill Rub • 1 tablespoon chopped parsley (optional) Combine all ingredients. Marinate chicken, fish, beef, pork or potato wedges 2-6 hours. Grill or roast as usual. Baste/brush marinade on during cooking if desired.
