VANILLA
Our premium vanilla is produced in our store. We use
the finest Madagascar vanilla beans and island rum to create a unique vanilla
flavoring for use in any recipe that calls for vanilla. Each bottle contains a
vanill bean that enable you to enjoy this vanilla for years to come. Here’s
what we recommend: After you use your vanilla, simply pour a dark
(amber-colored) rum over the beans. Store in a warm spot for 60-90 days. Or, if
you use a small amount of vanilla, pour a little rum in the bottle and return
to your shelf. Enjoy!
